Veep addresses global seminar in Switzerland

The Vice President, Mr Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, is in Switzerland to address a two-day Adams Smith Seminars which began yesterday on the theme “The Present Conditions, the Economic Policy and the Outlook for the Economy and Investments in Ghana”.

The seminars, which end today, are a gathering of global economists, finance ministers, central bankers, chief executives of corporations and people in academia from all five continents to discuss regional and global economic issues.

A release from the Office of the Vice President said he was accompanied by a Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr Kweku Rickets-Hagan and is expected to return to Accra on Saturday.
