Kobby sings Irresistible

Just a few weeks after releasing Mi Ji No Di, a love song which talks about women empowerment, Kobby is back with yet another love song which he calls Irresistible.

The song features highlife artiste, Akwaboah and was produced by Standec. 

There are many qualities that men look out for in their partners and this is what Kobby and Akwaboah take turns to talk about on Irresistible.

On the song, Akwaboah, sings about how his woman’s love is irresistible. Kobby also comes to extol the virtues of his woman and says her “rare qualities are irresistible”.

He is admired by many for his great voice but Irresistible is definitely not one that Akwaboah had a good vocal delivery. 

Again, Kobby’s delivery was not on point as compared to his previous work on Me Ji No Di. 

The instrumentation was ordinary but Irresistible has a catchy chorus that many highlife lovers can easily sing along to.

 Kobby told Showbiz on Friday that, most of his songs have love themes because music lovers like to identify themselves with love adding, “I also love to talk about women because I cherish them”.

Real name, Daniel Morris, Kobby says Irresistible is a dedication to his female fans who have supported his career all these years.  

Currently, he is promoting the video of Sweet and Sour and hopes to release the video of his other songs, Kappa and Piiporpii soon.

Kobby has two albums to his credit, Selfless Bliss and God Love and some of his known songs are Tsotsoo, Ambulance ft. Sarkodie, Ohenemaa ft. Castro, Chio Chio, Father for All, Endless Love and Minshéé Daa.
