‘Wicked Leaders’ song not for Prez Mahama - King Ayisoba

“MBHE MBHE MBHEE”, this is a song King Ayisoba did for animals. Born Albert Apoozore, coming all the way from the North eastern part of Ghana, Bongo Soe to be precise, to Accra is a risk he took which only brave people could master that courage to make such journeys. But what’s the risk he took?

The "Kora" music award nominee and the “Roskilde” festival performer, has produced songs like Champion Not easy, The whole world, Modern Ghanaians & I want to see my father.

He is currently out with his new song titled wicked leaders. The song has generated so many controversies because of the title and the lyrics which many meanings have been given to it. It’s being aired on Tv3.

Storm FM's Entertainment Extra crew headed by Dj Murphy Lee came all the way from Sunyani and caught up with King Ayisoba at his Accra base to know his motive behind the song.

“Wicked leaders is a song for every leader who doesn’t treat his people well. It’s not meant for presidents alone but people who head companies, schools, unions & even in our various homes,” he noted.

Murphy then asked him if he is really sure the song is not meant for the NDC government and to President Mahama?

“Ahh, I even have picture with the President. He is my friend AND a good President, but it doesn’t mean if he is doing something wrong I cannot say it. I like every political party…”

The song goes like…'Wicked leaders, people father, people help you, you cannot do something better'.
