2024 Ghana Food Festival set for December 26 at Accra Zoological Garden
The Ghana Food Festival (GFF) is set to return this Boxing Day, promising a vibrant celebration of Ghanaian cuisine, culture, and entertainment.
The event will take place on December 26, 2024, from 10 AM to 11 PM at the serene Accra Zoological Garden, located within the Achimota Forest Reserves. Organized by Pen It Multimedia Limited in collaboration with the Accra Zoological Garden, the festival is supported by the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), Breeze 90.9 FM, Ameyaw Debrah Media, and Mojolife.vip, with the endorsement of Beyond The Return (BTR) as a “December in GH” event.

Emmanuel T. Forson, founder of the festival, expressed excitement about this year’s "Bronya Edition." He noted that the choice of the venue enhances the festival’s lively atmosphere and also raises awareness about animal tourism and wildlife conservation in Ghana. Forson emphasized the festival’s family-friendly nature, highlighting that attendees will enjoy authentic Ghanaian cuisine, drinks, and local artifacts while connecting with Ghana’s rich natural heritage. He encouraged all those passionate about Ghanaian culture, entertainment, and wildlife to join the celebration.
The festival promises a diverse range of activities, including animal sightseeing, live painting sessions, a movie night, a bonfire session, traditional games, and a dedicated children’s playground. These features aim to entertain attendees of all ages and showcase the best of Ghanaian traditions and creativity.
Tickets for the event are available at GH₵100 for regular admission, while a VIP package is priced at GH₵300. The VIP experience includes premium seating, private animal tours, exclusive photography sessions, and ushering services. Tickets can be purchased online via Paystack.
