Big queen lends a hand

Winner of Miss Excel Plus 2013, Dorinda Armstrong Mensa, aka Egyirba, has settled upon the mentally challenged for her charity project. She plans to put smiles on the faces of people who are mentally challenged and help them to live comfortably.

She told Showbiz that having witnessed the conditions under which many people who are mentally challenged  live, it touches her heart to aid them in whatever capacity she can to better their lot.

She disclosed that she decided to embark on such a project due to an unfortunate situation which ended one of her siblings at a psychiatric hospital.

Egyirba who hails from Cape Coast in the Central Region, is a third year Business Administration student at Knutsford University. She called on coporate bodies, and non governmental organizations to support her  make her dream a reality.
