Frank Owusu eyes Taabea GMA UK instrumentalist of the year
Ghanaian bassplayer and musician Frank Owusu Addo is eyeing this years Instrumentalist of the year at the Ghana Music Awards UK scheduled to take place on October 11 in UK.

He faces stiff competition with the likes of Dominic Quarshie, Emmanuel Bludo, Dan Grahl, Prince Hakeem and Ahwenepa.
Although he believes his competitors are also good, Frank says it is a done deal for him considering the works he has done in the year under review.
“ I know the work I put in and I deserve to win this particular award. Although the others are good I stand tall as musician (bassplayer) and also a computer cloud engineer” he said.
“I'm a passionate and experienced musician (bassplayer) with over 15 years of playing under my belt. My love for music started at a young age and has since been a driving force in my life. I've played in numerous bands, then and have been fortunate enough to perform on some amazing stages across the country with other more music artiste” he added

With a versatile playing style and an unwavering focus on precision and groove, he has proved to be a valuable contributor to diverse musical projects spanning a range of genres, including jazz, rock, funk, and reggae etc.
As a talented bass player, Frank had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous talented musicians throughout my career and memorable partnerships with both International and local music artistes in the likes of Celestine Donkor (Ghana), Mkhululi Bhebhe (Zimbabwe), Mercy Masika (Kenya), Enkay Ogboruche ( NIgeria), Evelyn Wanjiru (Kenya) Priscilla Blessed ( New Jersey,USA) etc…..
