Half of my left leg is paralyzed, Veteran Nollywood actor Amaechi Muonagor cries for help

Renowned Nollywood actor, Amaechi Muonagor is facing a grim health challenge as he recently revealed that half of his left leg is paralyzed.

In an emotional plea for assistance, the 61-year-old actor shared his struggle with paralysis in a video that has since gone viral

The distressing video sighted Graphic Showbiz shows Muonagor confined to his bed, where he called upon well-wishers to support him financially in his time of dire need.

"I'm sick; this thing called stroke caught up with me, and from there, they rushed me to the hospital. The first hospital they rushed me to was in Nnewi, where I spent some two months, and I was referred to Teaching Hospital Nnewi, and here I am," Muonagor expressed in the video.

The veteran actor recounted the moment his health took a tragic turn, revealing that it occurred while he was on a movie set alongside other Nollywood luminaries, including Emeka Ani, Patience Ozokwo, Rita Edochie, and Ebele Okaro.

"I was about to enter my car when I was struck with this problem, and since then, it has been getting worse. Right now, I can't move, I can't walk on my own. Half of my left leg is paralyzed, so it is a problem for me," he stated.

Amaechi Muonagor's plea for assistance comes shortly after the news of fellow veteran actor Mr. Ibu's hospitalisation and cry for help due to an ailment that could potentially lead to amputation. ( Nollywood comic icon, Mr Ibu’s appeal for medical support: The story so far )
