It, however, appears that Kisa, who has featured in a number of movies is not ready to quit her music business.
In a recent interview on YFM and monitored by Graphic Showbiz, Kisa Gbekle addressed the backlash she has received since announcing her music career and subsequently, the release of “Korkor”.
“I don't care about the backlash; my music journey will go on. You know I have a tough skin. Music has always been a part of me, and I've decided to share that part with my fans and the world. I believe in my talent, and I'm passionate about my music.
“I have brothers who own studios in the house, I have writers as well so I just grabbed one of them to write the song for me. And that has inspired me to take my music journey to the next level. I have had a thing for music since 2013,” she said.
“I understand that not everyone will support my music journey but I am doing this for myself and my true fans. I will continue to improve and grow as an artiste,” she stated.
