‘Kiss Me Goodbye’ is the fifth play written and directed by Anita Oduro and it will blow your mind.
The writer and director of plays, ‘ATM’, The Perfect Man’, ‘That Night I Found Love’, ‘How Do You Want It?, a short movie, ‘Stay’ and recently nominated in the Ghana Movie Awards for her first feature film ‘Counter Trade, brings you yet another sizzling piece.
‘Kiss Me Goodbye’ is a play that works with different genres. It is intense, provocative and sensual. It is 18+ stage drama with intermissions characterised with live poetry and music to make performance exciting and keep the audience intrigued and entertained.
This three cast only play is about a couple who begin on an intense passionate mode but end up practically bitter against each other.
The woman decides to find happiness out of her home, but not in the hands of another man, yet to the detriment of her ailing husband.
The ‘help’ solves all issues with his humorous self. Is it too late to save her husband when all hell breaks loose? Will she lose her husband out of unrequited love or will her money help to save him?

This sizzling romantic comedy is showing on February 1-2, 2019 inside the Efua Sutherland Drama Studio of the University of Ghana, Legon at 7 pm each night.
