Korsah’s Daily Bread making impact in Nigeria

It’s the dream of every up and coming artiste to get their music popular outside the boundaries of their home country and that is just the story of fast rising Ghanaian rapper, Korsah, who is on cloud nine having his song reach number 1 on Nigeria’s Twitter trends las Thursday, July 27.

The song, which was released on Friday, July 21, is currently doing well in Nigeria, as social media figures depict.

Formerly known as Kwame Korsah, the artiste made his debut in 2015 with Snapchat and has grown a good following with songs such as Fa Ma Me and Show Something which featured Kofi Mole.

Even though he is a rapper, Korsah, who describes himself as a pioneer of Afro-Hiphop movement, has over the years created R&B, Afrotrap, Drill and Afropop tunes.

Signed on to US-based record label 610Music, Korsah told Graphic Showbiz he draws his inspiration from American rappers Lil Wayne and Young Thug.

Also, the likes of Micheal Jackson, Akon, and Ghana’s Daddy Lumba have had great influences on his music career.
