Organised by Boss Nation Music Group, the concert is intended to bring together “Kumasianos” to jam to music from some of the popular artistes from the region.
The second half of the year hasn’t been too good for Lil Win who has been involved in a number of controversies but the actor is looking forward to ending the year on good note with a great show.
As the headline act of the event, he will give his fans a thrill with his well-known songs like Blow, Nyame Gye Me, Ladder, Me Yare and Akekakeka.
Speaking with Showbiz, CEO of Boss Nation Music Group, Ray Moni, said Mefri Kumasi is the first of its kind to give young music talents from the garden city the opportunity to showcase their worth.
“This concert is strictly for Kumasi based artistes. We have given our platforms to others to promote their music and brand and so it is only right that this time around, we put the spotlight on our own.
“It will also be a good occasion for the underground artistes here to sell their music to the thousands of patrons who will be at venue,” he said.
