Prior to the concert, activities such as a football gala, regatta, durbar among others had been held as part of the celebration.

Despite a few minor technical challenges, Lilwin managed to put on an impressive performance. His unique blend of short bursts of comic interactions with the audience as well as a very well-rehearsed performance was one of the highlights of the evening.

He went through his repertoire of hit singles including Ladder, Mama Boss Papa, Obumpa, Me Yare among others which were well received by the crowd.

Sarkodie was another artiste whose performance was much anticipated by the crowd. It was very obvious many in the audience had turned up to witness the performance of the Illuminati hitmaker.

Sarkodie certainly did not disappoint his teeming fans who rapped along songs such Gboza, Original, U Go Kill Me, Hand To Mouth, Azonto Fiesta among a host of others.

Other performers who turned up to thrill the audience included, Kwabena Kwabena, Wutah, Rudebwoy Ranking, Praye, Passco Abrantie Kakyire Kwame Appiah, Dada KD as well as some local artistes from the area.

In a chat with Showbiz after the concert, Mr George Andah, MP for the Awutu Senya West Constituency and Deputy Minister for Communications, who put together the concert said the concert brought together the best of talent from the constituency as well as other artistes from across the country to deliver a great experience to make the festival.
