Yunghene on Faith and Thanks
As the music industry keeps evolving, new faces pop up each day to lend their talent and skills to its growth and one such artiste is new hiplife/hiphop artiste Yunghene.

The young artiste who is currently promoting his two songs, Faith and Thanks, which he released earlier this year, believes his journey on a success story has begun.
Recorded by Leham groove and produced by himself, Faith and Thanks is a summary of Yunghene’s belief to rise above the storms on his “journey to success”.
On Faith, a hip hop song, the 23-year-old raps about his strong conviction to become a big brand in years to come despite his small beginnings and on Thanks, he appreciates the Lord for hearing his prayer as well.
In an interview with Showbiz, the native of Mampong in the Ashanti Region said it hasn’t been easy getting exposure because the “system doesn’t work in favour of upcoming artistes”.
“I believe I have what it takes to be one of the best hiplife/hiphop rappers in Ghana because I’m good when it comes to rapping and I also flow very well. People enjoy my rhyme but because you don’t have money and nobody to support you, it makes your journey so difficult. Our big artistes must help the young ones,” he stated.
According to him, the absence of a management system has also made it difficult for him to progress as an artiste.
“In advanced countries, there are support systems to unearth and groom young talents but in our part of the world, the situation is different. You have to struggle to get the needed recognition and that is killing many young talents,” he stated.
