Datus Grand Montessori International gives to charity

Datus Grand Montessori International School in Tema has presented items worth GH¢ 6,000 to the Don Bosco Child Protection Centre and Missionaries of Charity, Sisters of Mother Teresa.

The items included 15 bags of rice, 15 boxes of water, two cartons of milo, four cartons of milk, two bags of sugar, 10 boxes of Indomie Noodles, shoes, diapers and clothing.

Presenting the items, the Boys Prefect, Master Thierry Abani said, “Datus means giving, that is why we are giving these gifts from our hearts to you. We pray and hope these gifts will be a blessing to you all”.

The items were presented during a thanksgiving programme organised by the school to donate to charity.

Master Abani expressed the hope that other children would learn from the gesture and from time to time share what they have with others because sharing is caring.

The items were presented from the contributions of management, parents and staff of the school.
