At the time personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) got to the scene, the damage had already been caused.
Lordina
A tearful Matilda Asare, aka Hagar, mother of the deceased child, told the Daily Graphic that but for one of her children, they would all have died in the inferno.
According to her, one of her children woke her up and told them there was a fire outbreak in the area.
"I quickly ran out with the small one who is almost two years, while my sister rushed out with the other two children without us knowing where Lordina was," she said.
Lordina is the eldest of the four children of Mr Tagborlo and Ms Asare.
