Our attention has been drawn to a very unfortunate statement made by one Cephas Kumah on our Facebook wall about Justice Paul Dery in our February 15, 2016 issue of the Daily Graphic.

We unreservedly apologise to Justice Dery and the families of the three High Court Judges who were murdered in 1982 for the inadvertent reproduction of what appeared on our Facebook wall in the newspaper.
We retract the publication and regret the inconveniences and pain caused Justice Dery.
