The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF), Lieutenant General Thomas Oppong-Peprah appeared before the High Court in Accra hearing the €2.37 million ambulance case against the Minority Leader, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson and businessman Richard Jakpa.

More than 20 military men accompanied the CDS who was subpoenaed by Mr Richard Jakpa, the third accused person to court on Monday.
