Berlin Investments to empower women through training
Berlin Investments, local manufactures of Black Secret Make-up, has launched a project through its new business module to empower women through practical entrepreneurship training, and grant them the freedom to create wealth to transform their well-being. Dubbed, “Black Secret Business: My Life, My Wealth,” the module, which is a multilevel marketing (MLM) system, would empower women through entrepreneurship training in make-up artistry and leadership training,for those who express the desire to go through the training to acquire the required skills to succeed.

The module will run on a pilot basis in all parts of the country for the next three months.
Multilevel marketing is a marketing strategy in which the sales force is compensated not only for sales they generate, but also for the sales of the other salespeople they recruit.
Business strategy
At the launch of the training programme in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer of Berlin Investments, Mr Bernard Annor, said the business strategy was introduced to reach more people with the company’s products while offering quality and practical entrepreneurship training for women to help them start their own businesses.
“We are employing women and empowering them to stand on their own by selling Black Secret make-up products and in return create jobs for people to create wealth for themselves,” he said.
Additionally, he said with increase in growth in the beauty and make-up industry, it was important for consumers to use the products in the right manner through personal interactions with the distributors and to also become part of the company.
Technological survey
Mr Annor called on the public to take advantage of the opportunity to create jobs and wealth for themselves, pointing out that distributors of the product only needed to do a technological survey so that they could reach out to more customers across the country.
“The nature of the business is technologically based such that all our businesses are now on the computer so anywhere you are you can join to become a distributor from anywhere in the world provided you have access to technology,” he said.

Addressing the need for entrepreneurship, the Board Chairman of Berlin Investments, Mr Joe Tackie, said entrepreneurship was not about finding a job but having a passion that would serve other people.
“Be careful of the business model you choose, learn to budget and stay within that budget in order to make good returns and to succeed,” he said.
