COVID-19: Ibrahim Mahama donates anaesthetic machine to UGMC

The Chief Executive Officer of Engineers & Planners Ltd, Mr. Ibrahim Mahama has donated an anaesthetic machine to the University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC) to support the hospital and the government's fight against the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
This is part of a total of ten that will later be distributed to various health facilities across Ghana.
The UGMC currently has two anaesthetic machines. The addition of the new Drager Fabius plus donated by Mr Mahama now makes its a total of three at the UGMC.

The Presentation was done on behalf of the Mr. Ibrahim Mahama by his aide Mr. Rafik Mahama at the UGMC on Monday.
The Director of Operations of UGMC, Mrs. Lucy Ayeh Brimpong expressed gratitude for the donation and said the anesthesia machine will be extremely helpful to the centre when treating critically ill COVID-19 patients.
This is part of series of donations the business mogul has undertaken since the COVID-19 pandemic started in March.
In April he made donations to the National Chief Imam, Christ the King Church, St. James Catholic Church-Osu, various organizations and individuals.
