The donation was part of activities to mark the school’s 15th anniversary celebration.

The items included toiletries, boxes of bar soap, loaves of bread, canned drinks, detergents, hospital consumables, among others.

The presentations were made by an immediate junior high school (JHS) graduate of the school, Maame Akoto Boateng, representing those who just completed the JHS, and Eugene Sekeh, also representing the KG Two graduates.

The Proprietress of the school, Madam Elizabeth Premuh, said the presentation was to inculcate in the children the spirit of giving.

She believed that the presentation would help the children learn to share with the less privileged in society.

Madam Premuh advised the children to be self-disciplined and to stay away from bad friends who could influence them negatively.

A Senior Nursing Officer of the hospital, Mr Michael Owusu-Ansah, who received the items, thanked the school for donating to the hospital.

He was happy that at such young ages, the children were learning to share with the deprived in society and encouraged them to learn hard.
