Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote has quashed rumors of his death by stating that he is hale hearty and alive.
The business magnate took to twitter to ask his followers to disregard the malicious reports claiming that he had passed away.
Dangote , Africa's richest man has an estimated net-worth of $14.9 billion as at June 2016.
He made his major fortune in the cement, sugar and flour industry.
His company the Dangote Group has diversified interest in banking, real estate, transport, oil and gas among others.
