Fire destroys shops at Tamale industrial area

Fire Sunday night destroyed portions of the Tamale Industrial Area.

Affected shop owners could not salvage anything. Most of the shops destroyed by the fire are electronic shops.

It took personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service more than four hours to bring the fire under control.

No casualty was recorded while the cause of the fire was not known as at the time of filing this report.
