Cyberteq attributes dominance to innovative approach
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cyberteq Falcon Ltd, Ben Tagoe, has said his company’s continued success as one of the leading cybersecurity companies in the country was due to its innovative approach in the industry.
He said Cyberteq’s dedication and commitment to pioneering advanced cybersecurity solutions that effectively address the evolving challenges of the information and cybersecurity landscape had kept the company ahead of the pack.
He was speaking after leading his team to receive three awards at the National Communications Awards.
The awards ceremony serves as a platform to showcase and honor remarkable achievements and initiatives that have made a significant impact on the digital landscape of Ghana.
The event, held at the Accra Marriot Hotel under the theme: “Digital Future: Embracing Innovation and Inclusivity for Development,” saw the company pick the Cybersecurity Company of the Year in Africa and Innovative Cybersecurity Solution Awards, while Mr Tagoe was named the Cybersecurity Leader of the Year in Africa.
This is the fourth year in a row that Cyberteq had been honoured at the NCA Awards, highlighting their ongoing success and innovation.
Industry standards
Mr. Tagoe expressed his excitement about the company’s achievements, especially the recognition of their MUNIT solution, which earned the “Innovative Cybersecurity Solution Award.”
He explained that MUNIT’s business-oriented, innovative approach, combined with its agile engagement model, has set new industry standards, and “we are proud of the recognition it has received.
He also spoke about the company’s plans to encourage more women to join the field of cybersecurity in Ghana. Cyberteq plans to organize free workshops and webinars to train women in cybersecurity, aiming to make the tech industry more inclusive and diverse.
