A research institute, Marketing Support Consultancy Limited (MSC), has donated GH¢10,000.00 and some items to the Osu Children's Home in Accra.

The items include bags of rice, gallons of cooking oil, snacks, provisions, crates of eggs, as well as toiletries and detergents.

The donatio, which formed part of the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR), aimed at uplifting the children and giving them hope for a brighter future.

It was the second time the institute had supported the Osu Children’s Home, as part of its wider efforts to reach out to orphanages across the Greater Accra Region.

It had also in the past, supported the Teshie Children’s Orphanage.

Supporting the vulnerable

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MSC, Kunle Olutimehin, who led the team to present the items to the orphanage, said the initiative formed part of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable groups in society.

“We believe that these children, though they may feel they have no one today, should know that tomorrow will be better. Our aim is to encourage them to keep believing in a brighter future,” he said.

Mr Olutimehin reiterated the company’s commitment to continue its charitable efforts in the coming year, with the hope of making an even greater impact.

“We hope that this year, we can do much more in giving back to society. It’s not just about profits; it’s about ensuring that we contribute to the well-being of those around us.

“This donation is part of Marketing Support Consultancy’s broader initiative to uplift communities and support those in need, demonstrating that corporate responsibility goes beyond business and profits—it is about making a meaningful difference in society,” he said.
