How all government employees on Ghana national payroll can access pay slip using Controller's new system
Controller deploys upgraded pay-slip system to enhance transparency, accessibility
The Controller and Accountant-General's Department (CAGD) has deployed an upgraded pay-slip system for all government employees paid on the national payroll.
The initiative is to enhance the transparency and accessibility of payroll information.
In a statement dated February 9, 2026, signed by the Head of Public Relations, Cephas N. Dosoo, and released to Graphic Online, the Controller asked all employees to use their National Identification Authority (NIA) numbers to access the government of Ghana employee pay-slip system.
This requirement, according to the Controller, was to ensure the security and accuracy of personal payroll information.
Accessibility
To access the pay-slip system, workers are to log onto: https://gogepayservices.com, click on forgot password and enter employee number, followed by their Ghana card number for verification.
This is to be followed with phone numbers, which, it said, was compulsory, and but an email is optional.
Workers are to verify their phone numbers by inputting the One Time Password (OTP) sent to them.
