Legendary Capital picks premier customer service award

Legendary Capital Events (LCE) and Kidzplace has emerged winner of the Premiere Customer Service Coordination and Detailed Orientation Award at the 2024 Ghana Stakeholders and Relationships Conference and Awards.

The award was based on its high standard service delivery, innovations, visionary leadership and customer satisfaction for the company to be recognised by the Business Executive Group, a renowned global organisation that recognises and rewards business excellence across various industries.   

Receiving the award, the company's Chief Executive Officer, Dr Mrs Eunice Nana Aba Smart Kwainoe, indicated that the recognition demonstrated the company's position as a leader in the events and entertainment industry.

To her, the nomination and the award among the industry giants was a testament to their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and dedication to fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The 2024 Ghana Stakeholders and Relationships Conference and Awards, organised by the Business Executive Group, brought together industry leaders and stakeholders to recognise and celebrate exceptional achievements in the hospitality, entertainment, customer service, relationships and business excellence.

The award ceremony was attended by prominent business leaders, dignitaries and stakeholders, who gathered to celebrate excellence and network.
