McDan urges Ghanaian youth to embrace positivity and resilience

The Founder and Executive Chairman of the McDan Group, Dr Daniel McKorley, has urged Ghanaian youth to maintain a positive attitude and be resilient in the face of life's challenges.

Speaking as a guest on Home Radio in Wa, on a show that delves into the professional and personal stories of entrepreneurs, Dr McKorley expressed concern over the declining attitude among the youth, which he believes is essential for future leadership.

“The attitude of the youth is going down. The standard is going down. The positive attitude that the youth should grow in this country is going down,” he stated.

“Taking this mantle is a tall order, and I believe it is about time that some of us stepped out to mentor the youth and bring them back on track.”

He urged the youth, women, and businessmen to be resilient and prepare adequately for the future. 

“The youth should be strong. The women in the north should be strong. The businessmen here should be strong. The youth should know that tomorrow is for them, and they can make it. No matter how hard it is, they can make it,” he said.

Dr McKorley also shared insights into his own journey, hoping that the next generation of entrepreneurs would learn valuable lessons from his experiences.
