Members of Breakthrough Chapel undertake health walk

Members of the Breakthrough Prayer Chapel International have undertaken a four-hour health walk in Accra.

The walk,  marked with drumming and dancing, began from the church’s premises at Agege  Zone 6, through Mamprobi, Banana Inn, Dansoman and ended at Agege.

It was to create awareness of healthy lifestyles and on the annual convention of the church, dubbed ''Total Freedom."

The Senior Pastor of the church, Prophet Alex Owusu indicated that the walk was also intended to encourage Ghanaians to engage in regular physical exercises.

''Healthy people make a healthy church, " he said.

Rev. Patience Otoo, a pastor of the church, said seasoned reverend ministers were invited to participate in the annual convention which began on February 21 and ended on February 28, 2016.

She mentioned some of the ministers to include Prophet Christopher Yaw Annoh,  Pastor Tunji Akinola, Apostle William Lamptey, Rev. Dr Ampiah Kwofie and Rev.  Steve Mensah.
