Prof Boateng champions youth-policy dialogue on Africa’s future

Professor Douglas Boateng has launched a new initiative aimed at bridging the gap between young people and policymakers through discussions on Africa's most pressing challenges. 

The platform, Nyansakasa (Words of Wisdom), focuses on critical issues such as governance, economics, and education, offering practical insights and solutions to drive meaningful change.

In a statement dated Friday, December 20, 2024, Prof. Boateng said the initiative would serve as a platform where youth and policymakers would interact. 

“This initiative creates an opportunity to engage youth and policymakers in conversations that inspire action and foster progress across the continent,” he said.

For Prof. Boateng, who is a management and leadership expert, by tackling key developmental topics, the initiative seeks to inform and empower the next generation while influencing policy discussions. 

He indicated that the programme would be hosted on YFM on weekdays at 9:30 a.m.
