The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has issued a wanted notice for Ernest Darko Akore, a former Chef de Cabinet (Technical Advisor) at Ghana’s Ministry of Finance, over alleged corruption in the Revenue Assurance Contract between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Strategic Mobilization Limited (SML).
Akore, 67, is described as a brown-skinned male with black hair and eyes, and is believed to hold dual Ghanaian-American nationality.
The OSP suspects he may be in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, or South Africa.
