VIDEO: The only way to marry my daughter is by impregnating her first – Kofi Akpaloo

Mr. Kofi Akpaloo, the leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) and a presidential aspirant, has ignited controversy with a provocative statement about his daughter's marriage.

During an interview on Kingdom FM, Mr. Akpaloo revealed his unconventional view that any man seeking to marry his daughter must first prove his commitment by impregnating her. 

He explained that this requirement is intended to prevent potential difficulties with childbirth after marriage.

Mr. Akpaloo argued that fathering a child before marriage would demonstrate the man’s seriousness and long-term commitment to his daughter. While acknowledging that his views might provoke criticism, he remains resolute in his stance.
