Yok Investments assists Kwahuhene’s funeral

Yok Investment Limited has donated assorted items towards the funeral of the late Kwahuhene and President of the Kwahu Traditional area, Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng II.

The items include crates of minerals, beer, bottles of Schnapps and Whisky and GH¢2,000. The company would also make available a 30-seater bus to be used for two days.

Presenting the items, the Fleet Manager of the company, Mr Eric Ampadu, said the demise of the late traditional ruler had saddened the company.

He, however, said “we are optimistic that it is time for him to rest with his ancestors”. The Kwahu Asakrakahene, Nana Somuah Mireku Nyampong III, who received the items on behalf of the traditional council, expressed appreciation to the company.

The funeral of the late paramount chief who died a little over a year ago would be held from December 7 to 14, this year.
