Dr Ogbordjor inducted into West Africa Nobles Forum

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of First Klass Hospital at Konongo, Dr Steve Agbeteye Ogbordjor, has been inducted into the West Africa Nobles Forum (WANF), a group of eminent West Africans.

He was inducted with 27 other nobles found to be upholding honesty, integrity and accountability in their field of work.

At the ceremony, which coincided with the 19th West Africa Nobles Conference in Accra, Dr Ogbordjor was presented with a plaque for golden award, a membership car sticker, a metal brest-let (pin), a special membership certificate and other entitlements of the invaluable award.

The certificate was signed by both the President of WANF, who doubles as the Chairman, Board of Trustees, Rev. Dr Kofi Paul Fynn, and the Executive Director of the WANF, Dr Dee Otibu-Asare.

The certificate has the compliments: “In recognition of your status as a bona fide member of the West Africa Nobles Forum, having been an eminent West African who upholds the virtues of honesty, integrity and accountability”.

The awards are presented annually to prominent West Africans whose selfless efforts in their chosen field of endeavour have earned them a reputation beyond the shores of their respective countries.

The WANF, a non-governmental, non-religious and non-profit making organisation with headquarters in Accra, was established in October 2003 with a membership of over 1,000.

Some Ghanaian recipients of the Nobles Award are the CEO of Liberty Group of Companies, Noble William Adjovu; His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama, CEO of Manet Group, Dr Theresa Oppong-Beeko; CEO of Crystal TV, Chief P. A. Crystal Djirackor; CEO of Breast Care International, Noble Dr (Mrs) Beatrice Wiafe Addai; a former Volta Regional Minister, Mr Joseph Amenowode, and immediate past CEO of The Trust Bank, Noble Isaac Owusu-Hemeng.
