COVID-19 active cases in Ghana drop to 856
Ghana’s COVID-19 active cases have dropped to 856 as at Friday, September 4, 2020.
The Ghana Health Service (GHS) in an update on Friday said the country has however, recorded 55 new cases in the last 24 hours.
It said the country’s cumulative cases stood at 44,713 while 43, 577 people have recovered and or been discharged.
Four more persons have succumbed to the disease, increasing the death toll to 280.

The North East, Savannah, Upper East and Upper West regions currently do not have any active cases, GHS stated.
