The Human Rights High Court has dismissed a suit by Mr Sammy Crabbe, a Second National Vice Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), challenging his suspension from the party.
Mr Crabbe has been suspended by the opposition party but he went to court to challenge the suspension on the grounds that it was illegally done.
Graphic Online's Emmanuel Ebo Hawkson who was in court on Thursday morning reported that the court presided over by Mr Justice Dennis Dominic Adjei in its ruling however said the NPP's Disciplinary Committee did not commit any illegality in recommending Mr Crabbe's suspension.
