Desperate NPP can't be trusted, pray with your eyes wide open - Nii Lante Vanderpuije (Audio)

Member of Parliament for Odododiodio Constituency and Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuije has asked followers of the ruling National Democratic Congress not to trust the New Patriotic Party but to watch them closely.

He said the NPP is so desperate for governance that they are resorting to virtually anything to advance their cause, and if they have to burn the country to win power, he believes they will do just that.

According to Nii Lante, who spoke to Radio Gold on Thursday, the NPP consistently show bad faith in their dealings with parliament. He said while they quietly participate in the deliberations, they turn round to publicly distance themselves from decisions of the house.

He is appalled by the NPP's handling of the controversial arrest of Ghanaian Nayele Ametefe at the Heathrow Airport by UK security operatives and wants the NDC to stay wide awake to the machinations of the NPP.
