One of the survivors, Ebenezer Kwasi Amoah, popularly known as “Batty”, said the accident occurred shortly after the team had passed the Oda Senior High School.
According to him, the constituency chairman, Kwadwo Amparbeng; an aspiring constituency chairman, Rev. Bediako; the deceased and others were travelling in five vehicles to intervene in the matter.
Mr Amoah explained that a black vehicle attempted to overtake the NPP pickup vehicle in which they were travelling.
