Two weeks ago, the General Secretary of the NDC, Mr Johnson Asiedu Nketia, admitted that the ultra-modern office complex belonged to the party, but he did not disclose the cost.
The four-storey building has been at the centre of controversy since news broke that the party spent about US$20 million to construct it.
Defending the decision to put up the new headquarters, Mr Asiedu Nketia said, “It is more expensive to rent an apartment than build a new office.”
