Some supporters and members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Friday gathered at the frontage of the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) where the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako also known as Chairman Wontumi was being held and was expected to meet his bail conditions so he could go home.
Also at the premises was former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia and the Minority Leader in Parliament, Alexander Afenyo Markin.
Dr Bawmumia had gone there to visit Wontumi who was in NIB custody.
