Ashia, 20, after netting 11 times in the just-ended Premier League, has been chased by the two biggest clubs in the country, Hearts of Oak and Kotoko.

In an interview with the Graphic Sports, Ashia said, "I have been contacted by Kotoko but I didn't sign any agreement with them".

When asked if he would like to move to Kumasi to play for the Porcupine Warriors, the former Under-20 star noted that he was not ready to talk about any move.

He added that he was currently focused on national duty with the local Black Stars who will be hoping to qualify for next year's CHAN tournament at the expense of

Cote d'Ivoire after narrowly beating them 2-1 in Kumasi in their first leg qualifier.

"I'm now focused on the national team, the local Black Stars and as to whether I will move to Kotoko, I can't say for now," Ashia said.

Meanwhile, coach of Liberty Professionals, George Lamptey, has described Ashia as irreplaceable but disclosed his outfit won't be against the player's wish of joining either Hearts or Kotoko.

He, however, noted that, Ashia had served the team with loyalty and would be allowed to move when the right offer was made to him.

"I don't think I can replace him when he leaves but we won't be against his wish after serving us loyally, " Lamptey stressed.
