Former Ghana and Leeds United striker, Tony Yeboah has released a video quashing rumours of his death.

A satire news website reported on Monday evening that the ex-Leeds United star died at a hospital in Maryland, USA.

Italian football federation (FIGC) president Carlo Tavecchio resigned on Monday, a week after the national team failed to qualify for the World Cup finals.

Referees Association president Marcello Nicchi told reporters that Tavecchio had quit during a meeting at FIGC headquarters in Rome.
