ANKAA Tropical Oranges sponsors Ebo Koomson for squash officiating course
ANKAA Tropical Oranges, a key sponsor of Achimota Squash Club, has generously committed to sponsoring referee Ebo Koomson's pursuit of Levels 2 and 3 of the World Squash Officiating Course.
Elated upon receiving the sponsorship package on Sunday, December 17, 2023, Ebo Koomson expressed his deep gratitude. He stated that this support will propel him towards becoming the first Ghanaian to officiate international squash matches. In return, he pledged to dedicate his expertise to further elevating Achimota Squash Club's standing in the sport.

"This sponsorship will go a long way in helping me achieve my goal of becoming the first Ghanaian to officiate international squash matches," Mr. Koomson remarked. "Achimota Squash Club will not be disappointed or regret investing in me. I will always be readily available to assist in all squash-related matters concerning the Club and Ghana as a whole."
Ebo Koomson, a Health and Physical Education teacher by profession, holds an M.Ed. in Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports from the University of Education - Winneba. His passion for squash began in 1986, and he participated in his first national tournament in 1989 at Tesano.
Notably, Mr. Koomson secured second place in a squash tournament at Burma Camp in March 2022. Since then, he has officiated in numerous tournaments organized by the Ghana Squash Association.
The sponsorship package presentation was graced by the presence of Malcolm Senanu, CEO of ANKAA Tropical Oranges, Klenam Koku Fiadzoe, President of Achimota Squash Club, and Kobby Nimo, a key member of the Club, among other distinguished guests.
