Atsu to miss Stoke City game

Ghana winger Christian Atsu has failed a late fitness test after being ruled out of this evening’s clash against Stoke City.
The talented Ghanaian international will, however, return to training on Friday and may play against Dynamo Kiev in the Europa League on March 12.
The on-loan Chelsea player missed the 3-1 Europa League win over Swiss side Young Boys last week Thursday and last Sunday’s match at Arsenal because of a severe flu.
He was expected to return against Stoke tomorrow but has been ruled out of the clash.
Atsu, who was the best player at the recent Africa Cup of Nations, is seeking to seize a starting place at Everton after struggling to get a position before the tournament.
