Atsu, Wakaso in line for Europa Cup duties
The best player at this year’s African Cup of Nations (AFCON), Christian Atsu, is hoping his contribution in Everton’s draw with Leicester City last Sunday will be enough to earn him a start in their home match against Young Boys this evening at the Goodison Park.
The winger provided the cross that led to the Toffees’ equaliser at Goodison, earning him the man of the match award as a result.

It was the on-loan winger’s second appearance in four days since his return from the AFCON and he is keen to have another playing time, this time in the starting line up.
“I want to help my team to win and in such situations I have to do my best,” Atsu told evertontv ahead of the second leg of their Europa League tie.
Meanwhile, Ghanaian midfielder Mubarak Wakaso also is in line to start for Celtic in their Europa League clash against Inter Milan tonight.
The 24-year-old was part of the Hoops’ traveling party from Glasgow yesterday headed for Milan.
Wakaso sat out the first leg clash which ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
