Court throws out GFA’s case

An Accra High Court hearing the case filed by Alhaji Gruzah, bankroller of King Faisal, against the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association(GFA)  yesterday dismissed a suit by the soccer controlling body to have the case thrown out.

The GFA together with Aduana Stars who jointly filed the application is expected to file its defence on Friday, December 12, for the hearing to commence.

The court ruled that the Disciplinary Committee of the GFA breached article 23 of its status with King Faisal’s injunction application scheduled to be heard on Monday, December 15.
