GFA sacks all national team coaches
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has sacked technical team members of all the national teams with immediate effect.
The GFA in a press release said the decision affects both male and female national teams.
"The GFA extends its appreciation to all coaches and members of the respective national teams for their contributions to our teams and Ghana football," the release said.

High-profile casualties of the surprise decision include Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah and his assistant Charles Kwabla (CK) Akunnor, Black Queens coach Mercy Tagoe-Quarcoo and Black Meteors coach Ibrahim Tanko.
Also without a job are Yaw Preko – Black Satellites coach, Evans Adotey – Black Maidens coach, Yusif Basigi – Black Princesses coach and Samuel Boadu – U-15 coach.
"We wish them all the best in their endeavours," the release added.
The decision came hours after the Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) appointed Prosper Harrison Addo as the General Secretary of the GFA.
