Ghana fencing presents medals to NSA DG
The Ghana Fencing Association (GFA) has presented the 9 medals won by Ghanaian fencers in the just ended African Junior Cadet Fencing Championship to the Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Professor Peter Twumasi.
Prof. Twumasi congratulated the athletes for their wonderful performance in the championship and promised that the NSA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports will support the GFA financially.
"As you have come home not empty-handed but with something substantial that I have received on behalf of my minister and the President of the land, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufu-Addo, I think it is also important that we also demonstrate our appreciation," Prof Twumasi said.
