Ghanaian man repeats paternity claims about Manchester United Star Marcus Rashford (VIDEO)
A Ghanaian man residing in the United Kingdom, Michael Boye Marquaye, has recently made public statements asserting that he is the biological father of Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford.

This is not the first time Michael Boye Marquaye has made such claims regarding his alleged paternity of the renowned Manchester United star.
In a widely circulating video on social media, Marquaye, who identifies himself as a former footballer, explains that he has decided to come forward with his claims out of respect for Rashford and his mother, Melanie. He emphasizes that his intention is not driven by financial gain, but rather to ensure that Rashford is aware of his true roots.
Addressing Rashford directly in the video, Michael states, "I am telling you I am your father. This thing has been going on for too long but I keep quiet. You can say what you want to say about Melanie this, Melanie that. I respect Melanie very much and I respect her husband but I have to tell you the truth. Because if I don’t tell you the truth, your children and great-grandchildren will be lost."
Some individuals have criticized Michael, suggesting that his motives stem from Rashford's fame and potential financial support.
However, the ex-footballer emphasizes that his actions are driven by a belief that Rashford is responsible for seeking him out, rather than any desire for monetary gain. He states, "I am doing this not because of money, it is you I want. I’m getting very angry…You can come to me at any time you want, my hands are open."
Melanie, Rashford's mother, has previously shared her struggles as a single parent raising four children in an interview, including instances where she went hungry to ensure her children were fed.
