Hope For Future cry for sponsorship

Newly promoted division two side, Hope For Future FC, are looking forward to making it to  the Division One League in the upcoming Greater Accra Division Two League season.

Being the only Division Two Club at Osu in the Klottey Korley Constituency in Accra, the team is looking out for sponsorship from corporate entities operating in the constituency.

In an interview with the Daily Graphic, the chairman of the club, Cillian George Walsh, said “since we are the only  Division Two club based at Osu,  we would appreciate  it if corporate entities within this constituency [would] come on board to sponsor us,” he noted .

He said the cub, formed in 2006 by Samuel Nii Amarh Hammond, was  designed to tap the talents of  children. That, he said, would reduce incidents of streetism, drug addiction, armed robbery and gambling among a section of the youth.

“ We are using football  to bait the youth to develop their potential to enable them to be in meaningful employment,” he explained.
