LINE-UP: Djiku, Nuamah start for Ghana against Sudan

Defensive midfielder Ibrahim Sulemana, Ernest Nuamah and Elisha Owusu will start for Ghana against Sudan in the 2025 AFCON qualifier this afternoon at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Sulemana and Owusu will play in midfield while Nuamah operates from the wings. Goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi will manage the post as Ghana seek to record a resounding victory against Sudan.

Ghana's starting line-up also include Alidu Seidu, Gideon Mensah, Mohammed Salisu and Alexander Djiku in defence.

Ernest Nuamah and Antoine Semenyo will play on the wings while Jordan Ayew leads the attack.

Newly-appointed captain Mohammed Kudus will play behind Jordan Ayew as Elisha Owusu and Ibrahim Sulemana work in the heart of the pitch.

The game kicks off at 4pm at the Accra Sports Stadium.
